On enterprise scale boundary based on the radius of core enterprise competence

Abstract
The expansion of enterprise scale boundary is an important method for an enterprise to realize growth and its essence is to construct and consolidate the radius of enterprise capacity.From the angle of core competence,this paper analyzes the main factors which determine the radius of core enterprise competence,indicates that the change of enterprise scale boundary is regular within the radius of different core capacity and that capability radius of an enterprise determines the upper limit of scale boundary while the core competence radius of an enterprise determines the lower limit of scale boundary.
