Effect of budesonide aerosol for treatment of 49 patients with chronic asthmatic bronchitis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Budesonide aerosol on chronic asthmatic bronchitis.Methods The budesonide asthmatic,2～3 time each day,1～2 puffs each time,for one month was used in 49 patients with chronic asthmatic bronchitis,the clinical symptom, pulmonary function and arterial blood gas analysis were observed.Results After therapy, the total efficient rate of the clinical symptom controlled was 65.3%.Pulmonary function and arterial blood gas analysis were obviously ameliorated(P0.01).Conclusion Budesonide aerosol may obviously improve clinical symptom.
