Abstract

Objective : To investigate the treatment of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis attack of breathing space.Method: A randomized,68 patients were divided into two groups.Aerosol Inhalation treatment of a group of 36 patients given inhaled budesonide; The control group of 32 patients given intravenous dexamethasone.Observation of the signs and symptoms improved and disappeared after treatment of children in two groups, hospitalization time.Result: The treatment group, the symptom of cough and dyspnea disappeared(3.73±1.35) days, pulmonary rales disappeared stridor(4.26±1.58) days, and hospitalization time was(5.28±1.76) days. The control group,respectively(5.44±1.71) days,(5.72±1.47) days,(7.14±1.93) days.Course of the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group. Conclusion: Asthmatic bronchitis in children with asthmatic attack in the aerosol inhaled bronchodilators, plus inhaled budesonide aerosol inhalation suspension to improve the symptoms and shorten the course with superior efficacy of intravenous dexamethasone significantly.
