Analysis of 50 Chronic Asthmatic Bronchitis Patients with Budesonide Inhalation Therapy

Objective To observe the efficacy of budesonide inhalation therapy and nursing in chronic asthmatic bronchitis. Methods 50 cases of asthmatic bronchitis distributed randomly divided into treatment and control groups were conventional anti- infection,asthma,cough,suck O2 and symptomatic treatment,the treatment group received budesonide 2ml( 1mg) atomization inhalation,2 times a day;observed two groups of patients after treatment of cough,expectoration,wheezing,difficulty breathing,blood gas analysis and pulmonary function improvement,clinical efficacy analysis. Results The treatment group wheezing,coughing,breathing difficulties than the control group( P 0. 05),the total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher in patients treated with oral fungal infections and other significant adverse reactions did not occur during treatment. Conclusion budesonide inhalation suspension asthmatic bronchitis therapeutic effect is obvious,it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the patient's lung function,shorten the course,also it's security is better,to do all the care of inhalation is an important measure to ensure that treatment is effective to reduce the side effects.
