Effect observation of united ozagrel edaravone in treatment of progressive cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the joint ozagrel edaravone cerebral infarction of progress.Methods Totally 120 patients with progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group(60 cases) and control group(60 cases).The control group received conventional therapy;Treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy plus ozagrel,edaravone treatment.Before treatment,treatment of 7 days,14 days,30 days neurological score and clinical efficacy testing.Results The total effective rate(95%) was significantly higher(80%),the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).After treatment,7d,14d,30d treatment group compared with control group(P0.01).Two groups had no significant adverse reactions.Conclusions The combined ozagrel edaravone treatment of progressive cerebral infarction with good security is good,worthy of further observation and investigation.
