Observation on effect of Edaravone and Ozagrel in treating acute progressive cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of Edaravone and Ozagrel in treating acute progressive cerebral infarction.Methods 100 patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were chosen and randomly divided into two groups both with 50 cases.The experiment group adopted Edaravone and Ozagrel,while the control group adopted Ozagrel.Results The scores of the CSS of one week after treatment and two weeks after treatment of experiment group were both lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).The treatment efficiency rate of experiment group were higher than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusions Edaravone and Ozagrel in the treatment of patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction,can improve the neurological function effectively.They are worth being widely applied in clinical work.
