Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ozagrel and edaravone on acute cerebral infarction. Methods 82 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomLy divided into the treatment of 42 cases and control groups of 42 cases. The control group underwent conventionaltherapy of using Danshen or Shenmai and citicoline,as well as aspirin. The treatmeny group was treated with 80 mg of group plus ozagrel in 250 mL of saline and 30 mg of edaravone in 250 mL,twice a day,14 days as a course of treatment. The therapeutic effects in the two groups were compared by means of ESS score and The degree of neurological deficit score. Results There existed significant difference in ESS scores between the two groups. The rate of neurological deficit was reduced more obviously in the treatment group than in the control group(P0.05),and the clinical effect was better in the the treatment group than in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The combined use of ozagrel and edaravone can produce good curative effects on acute cerebral infarction.
