The effect observation of edaravone combined with ozagrel in acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the clinical effect of edaravone combined with ozagrel in acute cerebral infarction.Methods 120 cases patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into ozagrel group,edaravone group and combination group,each of 40 cases,the course of treatment was 14d.Observed the clinical effect and the level of C reactive protein(CRP) of three groups.Results The effective rate of combination group(95.0%) was higher than that of ozagrel group(72.5%) and edaravone group(77.5%),the difference had statistically significant(P0.05);The effective rate of ozagrel group compared to edaravone group,the different was no significant(P0.05).After therapy,the level of CRP of all three groups were decreased significantly(P0.05);And the level of CRP of combination group were lower than that of ozagrel group and edaravone group,the difference were statistically significant(P0.05);Compared ozagrel group and edaravone group,the different was no significant(P0.05).Conclusion Edaravone combined with ozagrel in acute cerebral infarction has a good effect.
