Abstract
The paper analyses on the structure of Heilongjiang's industry,gives a survey of overall situation,clears the significance of structure studies,recognizes the Heilongjiang's Characteristics of prop industrial upgrading,researches on challenges and opportunities for the industrial structure,induces to understand and realize the structural shift strategies of the province.
