Abstract
The employment,as an important issue,can influence the social stability and economic development.Analysis is made on the influential factors on Heilongjiang industrial structure,especially on how to accelerate the industrial upgrading,perfect the labor market,develop the tertiary industry and the other proposals that will promote and optimize the industrial structure.
