Abstract
Since the 1990s,Heilongjiang industrial structure has moved to an advanced level and its industry has characterized with strong trend,power,and potential.The dynamic factors affecting readjustment of industrial structure is increasing when it comes to a post-crisis stage.Therefore,the government should impose the industrial structure through developing heavy industry and intensive management on capital and technology,furthermore,actively advance the potential of industrial production by creatively upgrading and transforming industrial structure characterized.
