Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Simiaoyongan decoction on the treatment of greater vascular disease in type Ⅱ diabetes cases.Methods 62 patients with greater vascular disease in type Ⅱ diabetes were randomly divided into two groups.On the basis of controlling blood sugar,31 cases in treatment group were treated by Simiaoyongan decoction,31 cases in control group were treated by Cilostazol tablets.The course was a month in two groups.Microcirculation perfusion in local tissue,Ankle-brachial index,ET-1 in peripheral blood and level of NO in serum were detected before and after treatment.Results There was significant difference between two groups on cure and excellent rate(P0.05).Ankle-brachial index after treatment was increased in comparison with that before treatment in two groups(P0.05).ET-1 was decreased after treatment,and the level of NO in serum was increased in two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Simiaoyongan decoction can improve vasomotoricity of patients with greater vascular disease in type Ⅱ diabetes,the effect was same to Cilostazol tablets.
