Curative effect observation of Buflomedil Hydrochloride for injection and Xuesaitong injection on posterior circulation ischemic vertigo

Abstract

Objective To observe the curative effect of Buflomedil Hydrochloride for injection and Xuesaitong injection in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods A total of 70cases posterior circulation ischemic vertigo patients were divided into two groups randomly,35cases in each group.Test group was treated with Buflomedil Hydrochloride for injection and Xuesaitong injection,control group was treated with Xuesaitong injection,10days was a course.The effects were observed in both groups.Results In the test group,the total effective rate was 94.3%;in the control group,the total effective rate was 71.4%.Statistical difference was found between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Buflomedil Hydrochloride for injection and Xuesaitong injection might have significant effect in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.
