Effects of combined treatment with buflomedil injection,and Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride injection on posterior circulation ischemic vertigo

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effects of combined treatment with buflomedil injection and Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride(SMLH)injection on posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods:Patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo were randomly divided into combined treatment group(n=60) and SMLH injection group(n=60).All 120 patients were treated with SMLH injection.On this basis,the patients in combined treatment group were treated with buflomedil injection.Cerebral hemodynamics,including left vertebral artery,right vertebral artery and basilar artery were examined before the treatment and 14 days after the treatment.Clinical effects and adverse reactions were observed after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of combined treatment group were significantly higher than that of SMLH injection group(P0.05).Compared with SMLH injection group,blood flow velocity of posterior circulation increased significantly in combined treatment group after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion:It is effective to treat posterior circulation ischemic vertigo with buflomedil injection and SMLH injection.
