Clinical study on acute cerebral infarction treated by buflomedil hydrochloride combined with xuesaitong

Abstract

Objective:To study the clinical effect of buflomedil hydrochloride combined with xuesaitong on acute cerebral infarction.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into two groups:xuesaitong group(n=30) was only provided with xuesaitong iv gtt,qd,and observed group(n=30) was additionally provided with buflomedil.The treatment duration was two weeks.Results:Clinical effect of observed group was significantly improved than control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Buflomedil hydrochloride combined with xuesaitong treats acute cerebral infarction effectively.
