Clinical Observation of Xuesaitong and Buflomedil in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Xuesaitong and buflomedil in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 92 cases of early onset cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into two groups,46 cases of treatment group,500 mg Xuesaitong,infused with 250 ml normal saline intravenously,hydrochloric buflomedil 100 mg infused with 250 ml normal saline intravenously,once per day,14 d a course.46 cases of control group,80 mg ligustrazine infused with 500 ml low molecular weight dextran intravenously,once per day,14 d a course.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.30%,control group was 67.39%,there were significant differences between 2 groups(P0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,Xuesaitong and Buflomedil are affirmative,safe and effective.
