Determine Puerarin in Xianningkang Capsules by HPLC

Abstract

Objective: This paper established a method to determine Puerarin in Xianningkang Capsules. Methods: RP-HPLC method was used. The samples were separated on a Hypersil ODS column with the mobile phase of methanol: water(25:75) and the detection wavelength was set at 250nm.Results:The Puerarin was linear in the range of in 0.04372～0.69952μg Xianningkang Capsules. The average recovery of Puerarin was101.3% (RSD=1.9% n=9). Conclusion: The method is quick, accurate and suitable for the determination of Puerarin in Xianningkang Capsules.
