Abstract

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of Kangnaoshuai capsules.METHODS A Nova-pak C_18 column was used,the mobiLe phase was methanol-water (25∶75),detection wavelength was 250 nm.RESULTS The detection ranges were 10-100 mg·L~-1.The average recovery of puerarin was 97.76% (RSD=1.27%,n=5).CONCLUSION This HPLC method could be used for quaLity control in the Kangnaoshuai capsules.
