Abstract

Objective To establish the quality standards of Qigejiangtang capsules. Methods Determination of puerarin in Qigejiangtang capsules by HPLC. Results There was a good linearity of results when puerarin content in the range of 0.2781~5.562 μg with the average recovery of 99.5%. Conclusion The method is accurate, reliable, convenient and stable, and may be used for the quality control of the preparation.
