Abstract
A 49 year-old female complained of non-symptomatic nodules for 1 year and ulcer for 5 months on her right calf.Histologically, the dermis was infiltrated densely with large lymphocyte-like cells, which had irregular nuclear and the mitotic figures were easy to found.Immunohistochemically, the tumor cells showed partly positive for CD45Ro 20%,CD30 70% and negativity for CD3,CD20,MPO,TIA-1 and ALK-1.The pathologic diagnosis was primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma.
