A Case of Primary Cutaneous CD30-Positive Large Cell Lymphoma

Abstract

A case of primary cutaneous CD30-positive large cell lymphoma concerned 65-year-old woman with a six-year history of nodules on her left up arm.There were no signs of systemic involvement.Histopathologic examination revealed infiltration in the dermis of diffuse lymphoid cells,most of which had large,thick stained nuclei with mitosis.Immunohistochemical stains indicated tumor cells showed positive for CD30,LCA,CD4 and CD45RO,and negative for CD20,CD68,CD79a and TIA.The diagnosis was made as primary cutaneous CD30-positive large cell lymphoma.The patient was treated with radiotherapy and there was no relapse for three years.
