Abstract

A 78-year-old woman presented with two prunosus tumors above her left knee joint for 6 month, which having been ulcerated for 7 days. Histopathologic examination revealed infiltration in the dermis of diffuse lymphoid cells. The large-size lymphoid cells had large and pleomorphic nuclei with pathological mitosis. Tumor giant cell also was found. Immunohistochemical stains indicated tumor cells showed diffusively positive for CD30, 80 percent positive for Ki67, scatteredly positive for CD20, Mostly positive for CD3 and CD45RO, positive for LCA, but negative for CD56, TIA-1 and ALK.The diagnosis was made as primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma.
