Abstract

By RT-PCR technology,423bpCaR gene cDNA was amplified from Pregnancy Rat Uterus on nine day and cloned in T site of PGEM-T Vector. The sequencing results and sequence analysis showed that Calcium-sensing receptor gene cDNA sequence was succeed in amplifying and cloning.
