Abstract

Objective To determine the content of gallic acid in Xinjiang Punica granatum L.by HPLC.Methods Techsphere ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm) was used .The mobile phase was methanol-0.05%H3PO4(5∶95).The detection wavelength was at 273nm.Results The linear range of gallic acid was 9~90 μg/ml,r=0.999 7.The average recovery was 100.1%,RSD=1.4%(n=5).Conclusion This method is precise and credible,it can apply to the quality control of Punica granatum L.
