There are many problems in the supervisory system of normative documents in China,although it appears strict.Each review form has its own flaws.Article 53 of the Hunan Provincial Administrative Procedure Provisions and its follow-up provisions established a post-review procedure of normative documents inside administrative agency,which are a great innovation and a beneficial attempt to complete our existing supervisory system of normative documents.
