Shortcomings and Standardization of System of Administrative Normative Documents

Administrative normative documents are playing an important role in public administration.In the phase when idea of public service and rule of law of administration are greatly promoted and developed,the system of administrative normative documents has some problems.In order to get rid of the abuse of administrative power and promote the administrative construction,administrative normative documents should be standardized and reconstructed.
