Argument on Standardization and Reconstruction of the System of Administrative Normative Documents

Administrative normative documents are playing an important role in practice of public administration.In the phase when idea of public service and rule of law of administration are greatly promoted and developed,the system of administrative normative documents has some problems.In order to avoid violation of benefit of the other side and abuse of administrative power,we should standardize and reconstruct the system of administrative normative documents in its framer,content,procedure of formation,monitor and relief,and so on.
