Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of transurethral plasmakinetic vaporization of prostate in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 60 patients with prostatic hyperplasia treated between December 2011 and December 2014 were selected as the research object and randomly assigned to observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received transurethral resection of the prostate, while those in the observation group underwent transurethral plas-makinetic vaporization of prostate. The surgery and postoperative quality of life was observed. Results The intraoperative blood loss,(206±25.55)m L; operating time,(58.66±9.25)min; length of hospital stay(6.5±2.1)d; bladder washing time(1.5±0.1)d of the observation group were superior to those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Transurethral plasmakinetic vaporization of prostate in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia is with high safety and worthy of clinical application.
