Abstract
The acute toxicity and dermal sensitization of 10% cyromazine was studied.According to toxicological test methods of pesticides for registration(GB15670-1995),The test of acute toxicity of 10%cyromazine,includeing acute oral toxicity, acute dermal toxicity, acute inhalation toxicity, acute eye irritation test and dermal sensitization were carried out.Their LD_(50) was 4 640 mg/ kg for rats by oral administration.Dermal LD_(50) was 2 000 mg/ kg for rats.Cyromazine wasslight irritating to eyes, but not to skin for rabbits.dermal sensitization : rate of sensitization was zero. The results showed that socyromazine was classified in low toxicity pesticide.
