Abstract
According to toxicological test of pesticide for registration(GB15670-1995),the test of acute toxicity of 1.65% Matrine·Cynanchum komarovii alkaloids, include acute oral toxicity, acute dermal toxicity, acute skin and eye irritation test and dermal sensitization were carried out.The acute oral toxicity LD50 of the alkaloids was 5 000 mg/kg,acute dermal toxicity LD50 was 2 000 mg/kg,there are no irritation to rabbit skin and eye, dermal sensitization to guinea pig: rate of sensitization is zero.So the acute oral toxicity and acute dermal toxicity of the biopesticide are lower, and it belongs to weak sensitizing matter.
