Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of ferullic acid in Lingqi juangan capsules. METHODS:HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Phenomenex C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-1% glacial acetic acid(32:68) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 320 nm and the column temperature was at 30 ℃. RESULTS:The linear range of ferullic acid were 9.84~98.40 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 4) with mean recoveries of 99.12%(RSD=0.28%,n=9) . CONCLUSION:The established method is simple,easy,precise and reproducible with good stability,and it is suitable for the content determination of ferullic acid in Lingqi juangan capsules.
