Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of gemiposide in Ganxueguanliuhuoxue capsules.Methods Analysis was carried out on Nucleodur C18 Pyramid column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm).The mobile phase was acetoritrile-water(12 ∶ 88) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1and a detection wavelength of 238 nm while the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The linear response range was 8.55-68.4μg·ml-1(r = 0.9998) for gemiposide,and the average recovery was 101.6%(RSD = 1.6%).Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and specific,which can be used to determine the content of gemiposide in Ganxueguanliuhuoxue capsules.
