Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of icraiin in Qianlieshule capsules.METHODS Phenomenex C18 column(4.6mm×250mm,5μm) was used and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(28∶72) at the flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1,The UV-detection wavelengthwas 270nm.RESULTS The linear range of icraiin was 3.93~52.4μg·mL-1,(r=0.9999,n=6),the average recovery rate was 97.8%,and RSD was 1.54%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and stable.
