The Clinical Observation of JQF for the Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrheal

Objective: To explore the curative effect of JQF for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods: Select primary dysmenorrhea patients 98 cases who were treated in Baokang hospital affiliated Tianjin University of traditional Chinese Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology of Tianjin Central Hospital during September 2006 and December 2009,and divide randomly into groups of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine groups,observing and evaluating therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results: The symptoms integral were significantly decreased after treating.The total effectives of mild dysmenorrhea patients of the two groups were 100% and 87.5%,no significant difference(P0.05),but moderate and severe was that Chinese traditional medicine group was superior to western medicine group(P0.05).Withdrawal tracking dysmenorrhea patients for three months,curative effect of Chinese medicine was significantly better than that of western medicine group(P0.01).To the integral difference value of before and after the treatment,Chinese medicine group was obviously higher than western medicine group,showing a significant difference(P0.01).During the healing process,the two groups had no adverse reactions.Conclusion: The JQF for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea has a good curative effect and it is worth of clinic application.
