Abstract

Objective: To compare the effect of traditional Chinese medicine with stages treatment and simple Western medicine treatment on endometriosis dysmenorrhea. Methods: 96 cases of Endometriosis Dysmenorrhea patients from 2009 January to 2012 June treated in our hospital, were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given mifepristone 6. 25 mg,oral,1 times a day,and even served 4d,share 6 menstrual cycle; observation group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine treatment by stages on the basis of control group, the Huayuzhitong prescription were given before 3d and over the period of menses, the after were giving Huayu Xiaojia prescription. Dysmenorrhea score before and after treatment of the two groups were observed, and evaluate clinical effect. Results: The total effective rate of observation group was 95. 83%( 46 /48),which in the control group was 83. 33%( 40 /48),the difference was statistically significant( χ2= 4. 76,P 0. 05). The dysmenorrhea scores of two groups were significantly improved with after treatment than that of before treatment( t = 8. 87,5. 95,P 0. 05); the dysmenorrhea score of observation group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group( t = 4. 21,P 0. 05). There were not obviously adverse drug reactions associated with experimental drug in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion: Compared with simple western medicine, the effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment by stages on endometriosis dysmenorrhea is better,no adverse reactions,is worthy of further clinical application.
