Observation of Therapeutic Effects on 60 Cases of Primary Dysmenorrhea Treated with Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of the integrative Chinese and western medicine on primary dysmenorrhea. Methods 120 cases of primary dysmenorrheal were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each one. In control group,brufen tablets were administered,and in treatment group,auricular points and acupuncture were supplemented on the basis of the therapy as control group. It was to observe the clinical therapeutic effects after treatment in two groups. Results After the treatment,the total effect rate was 83.33% in control group and was 91.67% in treatment group,in-dicating significant difference in comparison (P0.05). Conclusion Integrative Chinese and western medicine presents significant efficacy on primary dysmenorrhea,thus,this therapy is worth to be promoted in clinic.
