Clinical observation on treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with combination of chinese traditional and western medicine

Objective Analysis of the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods 120 cases in our hospital in 2012 September to 2014 year in September admitted to theprimary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group separately to use western medicine, the experimental group on the basis of the control group, the use of modifi ed biochemical decoction, clinical effect comparison of twogroups of patients.Results the patients treatment effect of two groups, the experimental group was signifi cantlybetter than the control group, with signifi cant statistical difference between the two groups,(P0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of the treatment method of combining traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on primary dysmenorrhea is remarkable, the side effect is small.
