Survey of Utilization of Medical Resources among Community Residents in Shanghai

Objective To understand the city residents′ health status and use of medical resources,and explore innovative team service model in the general population seeking behavior to guide the role and methods.Methods To cluster random sampling,some residents in Shanghai extract 1 089 residents over the age of 18 on-site survey.Results 42.3% of those surveyed feel good or very good health,9.8% considered themselves physically poor or very poor,33.3% of those surveyed who have the demand for health services,community health services will be preferred;choose hospital treatment the main factors were the level of medical service,the convenience of treatment and how much time.2 weeks,266 people(24.9%) had undergone medical treatment,including 220(accounting for 82.7% of the total number of visits) to select health service institutions for treatment.Conclusion Community residents in recognition of health services has improved significantly,But still exist and then cure the blindness and make use of the medical treatment resources absurdity,community health services in improving health care quality and improve services,should be strengthened,Six in One meaning construction,continue to implement innovative models of general service team,the implementation of modular integrated management,to interact with residents,to guide their medical malpractice,timely introduction of family doctors responsibility,so that health care from approaching community to into the household.
