Utilization of Community Health Services and Its Satisfaction among Residents in China

Objective To learn the condition and the relative problems about utilization of community health services and its satisfaction among residents in China.Methods Random sampling way was taken for the community residents among nationwide,recycling 6 949 valid questionnaires from 10 000 totally given out;the effectively received rate was 69.5%.Results The recognizing rate of community health services in China was 72.8%,and utilization rate was 61.6%.Medical purpose is mostly for health counseling and medical prescriptions,and 35.3% of residents chosen to community health service agencies.Average scores of satisfaction of medical personnel service,organization of the hardware facilities and medical expenses were more than three.Conclusion It is necessary to implement and improve the related policies and regulations,enhance propaganda,increase financial investment,strengthen the construction of medical talent team,and improve hardware facilities of the community health services.
