Abstract
AIM:To investigate the chemical constituents of Gypsophila paniculata L.METHODS:Compounds were isolated by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,RP-C18 column chromatography and preparative liquid chromatography.Their structures were elucidated by ESI-MS,NMR,and acid hydrolysis.RESULTS:Eight known triterpenoid saponins(1-8) were isolated and elucidated.CONCLUSION:All triterpenoid saponins have been obtained from the roots of Gypsophila paniculata for the first time.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
