Clinical Observation on 64 Cases with Neonatal Jaundice by Yinzhihuang Injection Oral Treatment

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy on neonatal jaundice by Yinzhihuang injection oral treatment.Methods 64 cases of neonatal jaundice were divided into the treatment group and the control group,32 cases of the treatment group carryed out conventional treatment(Blu-ray irradiation,the enzyme inducer)plus Yinzhihuang injection oral administration,32 cases of the control group carryed out simple conventional treatment.Results In the treatment group 25 cases(78.1%)were significant,6 cases(18.8%)were effective,1 case(3.1%)was invalid,the total effective rate was 96.9%.In the control group,14 cases(43.7%)were significant,11 cases(34.4%)were effective,7 cases(21.9%)were invalid,the total effective rate was 78.1%.There was a statistical significance(P0.05)between two gruops.Conclusion Yinzhihuang injection had exact effect to withdraw Huang,can reduce the injection suffering of children,and the methods were convenient.
