Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid Combined with BluRay Irradiation Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice Of Random Parallel Control

Abstract
[Objective]To observe the therapeutic effect of Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.[Method]Using randomized controlled Methods,60 patients were in the draw method were randomly divided into two groups.Blue light irradiation for treatment of 30 cases of control group,1 /d,30 cases in the treatment group of Yinzhihuang oral liquid 5mL/ times,2 times /d.The blue light treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment with 7d for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,serum total bilirubin(TBiL),bilirubin recovery time,adverse reaction.Continuous 1 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results]The treatment group was 15 cases,effective 13 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total efficiency of 93.33%.10 cases of control group,11 cases effective,9 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 70.00%.The treatment group was better than control group(P0.05).Daily bilirubin values in treatment group than in control group(P0.01),bilirubin recovery time of treatment group was lower than control group(P0.01).[Conclusion]The effect of Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with Blu ray irradiation treatment of neonatal jaundice,obviously,is worth popularizing.
