Observation of Small Dose Indapamide Combined with Amlodipine in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Isolated Systolic Hypertension

Objective To observe the effect of small dose indapamide Levamlodipine Beslate for Senile Simple Systolic Hypertension( ISH) antihypertensive effect and the influence on left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods 103 elderly patients with the use of low- dose indapamide systolic pressure ISH above 140mmHg were randomly divided into 2 groups,Levamlodipine Beslate group( n = 51) added the service facilities Levamlodipine Beslate 2. 5mg / days,the control group( n = 52) were treated with antihypertensive drugs according to the disease before and after treatment. 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure,ISVD,LVPWTd and LVDd determination was done. Results The Levamlodipine Beslate group systolic blood pressure standard rate and reverse the left ventricular hypertrophy were superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion Small dose indapamide combined with Levamlodipine Beslate application can effectively reduce the blood pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy.
