Effect comparision of acid levamlodipine and enalapril in the regulation of blood pressure of patient with stroke

Objective To compare the effcacy of acid levamlodipine and enalapril in the regulation of blood pressure of patient with stroke. Methods 80 cases patients with stroke were randomly divided into amlodipine group and enalapril group,each of 40 cases. Amlodipine group were treated with acid levamlodipine; enalapril group were treated with enalapril. Observed the blood pressure and carotid IMT and stenosis changes of 2 groups. Results After treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of 2 groups were lower than befor treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P0.05) ; after treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure between 2 groups had no significant difference (P0.05) . IMT thickening rate and carotid artery and severe stenosis rate of amlodipine group were lower than those of enalapril group,the differences were statistically significant (P0.05) . Conclusion Acid levamlodipine can smooth adjust the blood pressure in elderly patients with acute stroke,and has a protective effect for vascular endothelium,can eliminate or stabilize elderly stroke patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque,worthy of clinical application.
