Abstract
In 1991,the collapse of the Soviet Union was an important event in the 20th century and in the history of the international communist movement.It is important for us to recognize the influence and the enlightenment of the collapse of the Soviet Union.It also has a far-reaching significance for studying the laws of socialist construction and the ruling laws of the proletarian party.
