Abstract

In the seventy-four years of ruling time,Soviet Union has formed a unigue ruling model.This ruling model is characterized by planned economic,highly centralized government and idedogy doctrine,under which,the Soviet Union made great achievements.However,this ruling model led to the failure of Soviet Union communism,because of its internal structural deficiency.The present paper analyzes the inevitability failure of Soviet Union ruling model,with reference to guilding ideology,organizational system,the relationship of party and government and party and the people,which provides many implications for our party's construction in the new era.
