Abstract

The collapse of Soviet Union and Eastern Europe is an important event in the 20th century that makes the movement of worldwide socialism go into the low tide.As the proletarian party's programmatic document,the Manifesto of the Communist Party still has an importmant effect for us to analyse the causes of the collapse of Soviet Union and Eastern Europe again and has an enlightening meaning and referential use for the opening up and modernization drive in our country.
