Abstract

It is the 90th anniversary of the CPC's establishment as well as the 20th anniversary of collapse of the soviet communist party in 2011.It has the significance on both history and practice to reflect the reason of collapse of the soviet communist party and to analyze the developing process of party-building theory.To some extent,with the deeper reflection and active reference of historical experience and lesson from the rise and decline of soviet communist party,Chinese communists continuously push forward the great project of party construction.
