On the Change of the View on In-service Police Training

Several training philosophy changes are to be achieved in in-service police training: From pass of information to upgrade of skills,from a focus on meeting short training to focus on Learning training,from the simple knowledge learning to Knowledge and Action,from a focus on needs of to considering not only satisfying the needs of the sector development but also self-satisfaction of the participants.Only beginning with this kind of innovation training can in-service training be promoted and continue a scientific development.
