Several Thoughts on Professional Training of the Probationary Police

The current police education in our country has formed a training system of different levels and different police kinds. But there still exists many problems on the training:the teachers' teaching ability is not strong, the teaching material is too old, the foundational facilities is not enough and perfect. According to these, we should improve the training ability of both theory and practice, adjust training contents, emphasize the management of training according to law, combine training with practice, strengthen the sense of security ,set up a new concept, and develop steadily the training and teaching affairs step by step.
